Free Smartphone Yojana 2024
The Rajasthan government is launching the second phase of the Free Smartphone Yojana, building on the success of the first phase, which provided free smartphones to 40 lakh women. In this new phase, even more women will receive smartphones. The government is currently preparing a list of eligible beneficiaries, which will be published on the official portal. Only those whose names appear on this list will be eligible to receive smartphones.
Eligibility for the Free Smartphone Yojana
To qualify for the scheme, women must meet the following criteria:
Have an Aadhaar card linked to the Chiranjeevi Yojana.
Work for 100 days under the MNREGA scheme.
Be associated with other government schemes.
Be students in government schools pursuing a degree, diploma, or studying up to the 12th standard.
Be part of the Sakhi Yojana.

Applicants need to provide the following documents:
Aadhaar card
PAN card and Jan Aadhar card
Passport-size photo
ID card (for school-going girls)
Mobile number linked to Aadhaar

More Smartphones in the Second Phase
In this second phase, the government plans to distribute smartphones to an additional 70,000 Sakhi women to enhance their digital skills. This initiative aims to empower more women in Rajasthan through technology.
